You complete one PolyGrants application. We match it against the admission and scholarship opportunities we hold in 17 countries; you do not chase each university separately.

You are not alone with a website. A named adviser reviews your file, explains every response and answers you on WhatsApp in your language.
You risk nothing up front
Creating your account and applying are 100% free. A fee exists only after we get a positive answer for you and you decide to accept it, and our fees are among the lowest of any comparable service.
Support until you board
If you accept an offer, we stay with you: enrolment, visa file preparation and your pre-departure checklist, until the day you board.

You receive responses
YouRead each response in your account. Your adviser explains what it contains: the programme, the costs, any scholarship, and every condition attached.
PolyGrantsWe make sure each response is documented and complete, so you compare real, verifiable opportunities.
Decide, and only then pay
YouChoose freely. If you accept an offer, you pay the fee (USD 85–300, shown first) within five working days of publication. Saying no, or letting the window close, costs you nothing.
PolyGrantsWe show you the exact amount and what it covers before you decide. Your acceptance is complete once you pay within the window; after that the fee cannot be refunded, because it pays for the answer we obtained for you.
Enrolment, visa and departure
YouFollow your personal task list: enrolment steps, visa appointment, pre-departure checklist. Present your original documents for verification when the institution requires it.

The things experienced applicants wish they had known on day one.
Originals are checked at the end
Scans are enough to apply, but if you are admitted, your original documents must be presented for verification. Keep them safe, and only send originals by post if we explicitly ask for them.
The application window is fixed
Applications for the 2026 - 2027 intake run from 1 July 2026 to 25 September 2026. After the closing date, your application waits for the next cycle.
Offers can be conditional
A positive response may require final grades, a language level or a deposit. Read every condition with your adviser before accepting.
Visas are decided by authorities
We prepare your visa file with you and check it against the requirements of the country you are going to, but the decision always belongs to that country's authorities. No serious service can promise a visa.
Pay only inside your account
Every legitimate PolyGrants payment appears in your account with the amount and the reason. Nobody from PolyGrants will ever ask you to pay to a personal account.
Only authentic documents
A falsified document ends your application and can end your visa chances for years. If something is missing from your file, tell your adviser: there is often a solution.
Under 18? You can still apply
Applicants aged 16 or 17 apply with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The consent form is part of the application.
Applying is 100% free
Applying and receiving answers cost nothing. If you decide to accept an offer, you pay one fee of USD 85–300: the exact amount is shown before you decide, you have five working days to accept and pay, and once your acceptance is complete the fee cannot be refunded. Everything else (tuition, visa charges, travel) is never a PolyGrants fee.
