Fees

Applying is 100% free

PolyGrants charges exactly one fee. It exists only after results, only if you decide to accept, and it is among the lowest of any comparable service. Here is every franc, dollar and moment.

The only three moments that matter

  1. Free

You create your account and apply

No registration fee, no application fee, no payment details asked. Your application is prepared, checked and submitted at no cost.

  2. Free

We obtain a positive response for you

Receiving and reviewing responses costs nothing. You compare every condition of each offer, with an adviser if you wish, before deciding anything.

  3. USD 85–300

You choose to accept an offer

The fee exists only if you decide to accept. The exact amount is shown before you decide, and you have five working days from publication to accept and pay. Saying no, or letting the window close, costs nothing.

What sets the amount

Within USD 85–300

Opportunity
Destination country, programme level, and whether the response is a scholarship or an admission
Services
What is included with your case: visa file preparation, document support, follow-up

The exact figure always appears before you accept, never after

You never pay for a scholarship

Scholarships are not for sale, at PolyGrants or anywhere honest. The single fee pays for the service around your file, and only after it succeeds: applying is 100% free, and you pay only if you receive a positive result and decide to accept it.

What is never a PolyGrants fee

Studying abroad has real external costs. They go to universities, governments and providers, not to PolyGrants:

  • University tuition fees and enrolment deposits
  • Visa application charges and government fees
  • Language and admission tests
  • Insurance, accommodation and travel

One exception: if you ask PolyGrants to handle a translation or a legalisation for you (for example at the destination country's embassy), that service carries an additional fee, always shown before you owe it.

Why our fees stay among the lowest

No offices in ten capitals, no commissions hidden in your tuition, no fees before results. A lean team, local representatives and partner institutions let us keep the price of honest support among the lowest of any comparable service.

Pay safely

You can pay by mobile money, by bank transfer, or in person at a partner office. Every legitimate payment appears inside your PolyGrants account with its amount and reason. Nobody from PolyGrants will ever ask you to pay to a personal account or outside the platform.

The binding version of these rules lives in Payment information and our Terms.
