Guide applicants from first question to boarding: review applications, explain responses and prepare visa files with them.

Advisers are the heart of PolyGrants. You own a portfolio of applicants and follow them personally: reviewing their applications, explaining each response and its conditions, and preparing enrolment and visa steps with them.
You answer on WhatsApp, by email and by phone: clearly, kindly and honestly, in the applicant's language wherever possible.
What you will do
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Explain positive responses, conditions and fees so applicants decide with full understanding.
- Prepare visa files with accepted applicants and follow their progress until departure.
- Answer applicant questions across WhatsApp, email and phone within agreed hours.
- Flag risks early: missing documents, unrealistic expectations, deadline pressure.
What we look for
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in student advising, admissions, visa services or customer-facing roles.
- Rigorous with documents and deadlines; warm with people.
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
