Give PolyGrants its look: scholarship campaigns, social creatives and brand pieces that make studying abroad feel clear and close, in French and English.

About the role

PolyGrants explains studying abroad to students in fifteen languages, and the visuals carry half of that job. You design what students actually see: campaign banners, social posts, blog covers, print pieces for our local representatives, and the small touches that keep the brand coherent as the platform grows.

You would be our first dedicated designer. The visual identity exists and we hold it dear: an owned illustration style, a calm typographic voice, no stock-photo gloss. Your work starts from it, strengthens it and pushes it further. This role is published in English and French, and the work happens in both languages. The role is full-time.

What you will do

  • Design campaign and ad creatives for scholarship deadlines, in French and English versions.
  • Keep one coherent brand across the site, the blog, WhatsApp, email and print.
  • Create illustrations, icons and social templates the team can reuse.
  • Prepare print materials for representatives: flyers, posters, event pieces.
  • Work directly with the founder and the content team, from brief to exported file.

What we look for

  • A portfolio: one work you are proud of is enough, and you can add up to five. The bar is the work, not the years.
  • Your CV.
  • Comfortable in French or English; both is a plus.
  • Confident with your tools, whatever they are: Figma, the Adobe suite, or equivalents you can defend.
  • No degree required; design or arts education is a plus.
  • No certification required; courses and certifications are a plus.
  • At least 18 years old.

What we offer

  • Full-time and fully remote, with working hours agreed with the team.
  • Published work from week one: your designs reach students in fifteen languages.
  • The first designer's seat: you shape the brand rather than inherit rules.
  • A full-time salary, agreed openly before you start and paid on a fixed date each month.
  • A path to a bigger creative role as PolyGrants grows.
