When Only You Can Apply: How PolyGrants Helps Anyway

You find the programme. It fits your degree, it fits your budget, it is taught in a language you can work in. Then you read the small print on the institution's own page: applications are accepted from the candidate only. No agent. No representative. No third party.
That sentence stops a lot of students. It should not. It changes who presses the submit button, and almost nothing else about the help you can get.
Some institutions accept only the candidate's own application
Institutions set their own admission rules, and a good number of them require the file to come from the person who will study. Sometimes it is written into the admission regulations. Sometimes it is the ministry above the institution that requires it. Sometimes the portal simply refuses a login that is not yours.
Where that is the rule, PolyGrants cannot lawfully submit your application, and we do not claim to. We tell you on the day we see it, not after you have committed anything. The one exception is an institution we hold a prior agreement with, and an agreement of that kind is a signed document, not a sentence in a chat.
What we will never tell you we did
Any service offering to become you on an institution's portal is offering you a risk, not a shortcut. Institutions cancel applications filed by an unauthorised third party, and some refuse the candidate for a full cycle afterwards. An account opened in your name by somebody else also means your password, your email address and your identity documents are sitting in a stranger's hands.
So the boundary is simple, and we keep it in public. We apply where we are entitled to apply. We tell you when we are not. And in that second case you file the application yourself, with everything already prepared, checked and ready to paste.

Who actually works on your file
The help is not a template and a good luck message. It is people, and each of them touches a different part of the road.
- Education advisers, who know which programmes take a profile like yours and which ones will not, and who say the second part out loud.
- Immigration lawyers, who read the destination's visa rules before you build a file around a route that is closed.
- Document reviewers, who check every certificate, transcript and translation against what the institution actually asks for.
- Language support in 15 languages, so nothing is lost because the form was written in a language you are still learning.
- Advisers on WhatsApp during opening hours, in your own language, for the question that arrives at nine in the evening.

What the support looks like, stage by stage
- BEFORE YOU APPLY
An honest read on your chances
An adviser looks at your grades, your budget and your target country, and says where the file is strong and where it is thin. That conversation costs nothing.
- WHILE YOU BUILD IT
Documents checked before anyone else sees them
Transcripts, certificates, translations, motivation letter. We tell you what is missing while there is still time to get it.
- AT SUBMISSION
You file it, we sit with you
Where the institution takes only your own application, an adviser walks the portal with you, field by field, and checks the file before you send it.
- WHILE YOU WAIT
Follow-up instead of silence
We follow the file, we tell you what a status actually means, and we prepare the answer if the institution comes back asking for more.
- AFTER AN ANSWER
Reading the offer, then the departure
You have five working days to decide, with the exact fee shown before you choose. Saying no costs nothing.
Check if you are eligible, four questions
Subject to admission: preparing for the journey
An offer is not the end of the work. It is the start of a different kind of work. Once you are admitted we help you prepare the departure: what the institution expects on arrival, what the consulate expects in the file, what to carry in hand luggage rather than in the hold, and what a first week in a new city really asks of you.
Visa decisions belong to the authorities and admission decisions belong to institutions. No service can guarantee either one, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What a careful, complete and honest file does is put every chance on your side.

Passports and paperwork: we help, we do not issue
A great many applications stall on an administrative errand rather than an academic one. A passport that expires inside the study period. A birth certificate that exists only on paper, in another town. A translation that has to be certified by somebody the consulate recognises.
We help with those as far as we can, and the line matters: PolyGrants issues nothing. We do not issue passports, national identity documents, police records or civil status papers. What we do is tell you which authority issues each one in your country, what it asks for, in what order, and how long it usually takes, so that you start early enough for it not to cost you the intake.
What this costs you
Applying is 100% free, from sign-up to submission, questions included. One PolyGrants fee of USD 85 to 300 exists only if a positive answer arrives and you decide to accept it. The exact amount is shown before you decide, you have five working days to think about it, and saying no costs nothing. Once accepted and paid, that fee is not refundable.
Tuition, visa charges, tests, translations, insurance and travel are external costs. They are paid to institutions, governments and providers, never to PolyGrants.

Frequently asked questions
Can PolyGrants apply to an institution on my behalf?
Where the institution allows it and we hold a prior agreement with it, yes. Where the institution accepts an application only from the candidate, no, and we say so rather than doing it anyway. You file it yourself, with the whole file already prepared and checked by an adviser.
Does that mean I get less help at those institutions?
No. Everything except pressing submit is the same: the honest read before you apply, the document review, the translations, the portal walked through with you, the follow-up while you wait, and the preparation for departure once you are admitted.
Can you get me a passport?
We issue no document of any kind. We tell you which authority in your country issues a passport, what it asks for, and how early to start so that it does not cost you the intake. The same is true of birth certificates, police records and certified translations.
Is applying really free?
Yes. Applying is 100% free, from sign-up to submission. You pay only if you decide to accept an offer, and the exact fee, between USD 85 and 300, is shown to you before you decide.
Can you guarantee me admission or a visa?
No, and nobody can. Institutions decide on admission and governments decide on visas. What we can do is make sure nothing incomplete or careless ever leaves your hands, which is what puts every chance on your side.
